Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Dyostyle allows for returns and exchanges if you’ve changed your mind about a product.
- Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
- For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Dyostyle.
- Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by our return and exchange policy above.
Met all the requirements? You can contact our Customer Service Team by email with the subject ‘Returns / Exchanges’ and provide your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
- Sneakers can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original box/packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Before sending a return, customers must contact us at dyostylestore@gmail.com to receive return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Dyostyle reserves the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping.
